Finally, I found the solution!
You can use 240Hz visual presentation using Screen function on MATLAB 2015b (32bit) and Psychtoolbox 3.0.11!
Display monitor: I-O DATA 24.5 inch (240Hz) GigaCrysta EX-LDGC251UTB
you can test the flip accuracy by "FlipTest".
